This workshop is an invitation to gently come back to the peace and comfort of your body. Through guided movement practice, breathwork, and somatic tools, you’ll learn how to recognise your stress patterns, release tension, and return to a steadier place inside.
Perfect if you’re feeling the weight of burnout, emotional exhaustion, or just struggling to settle, pause and feel at home in yourself. No experience needed; just curiosity and a willingness to explore what feels true in your body.
About This Workshop
In this 3-hour in-person workshop, you’ll learn a mix of gentle movement, breathwork, neurogenic tremoring, and somatic practices to help you recognise your stress patterns and support yourself in daily life. These simple tools for releasing tension and reconnecting with your body are things you can take with you and use anytime you need.
No experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Yoga mat & towel
Comfortable clothes (barefoot or socks)
Water and a light snack
Journal and pen
Optional: pillow, blanket for cosy comfort
