In my work as a somatic therapist, I’ve seen how understanding your nervous system changes everything. It helps you move from feeling stuck to feeling more spacious, aware, and resilient. Your body holds the keys to rehestablishing balance and control. When we learn the language of the our body, we can begin to shift.
