About This Course
In this 6-week in-person course, you’ll work with a combination of movement, breath, sensing, and guided exploration to begin recognising the patterns held in your body.
Over time, you’ll start to notice where you hold tension, where you pull back, and how your system responds to stress, connection, and pressure. Rather than trying to change things quickly, the work allows space for awareness to build and for the body to begin shifting in its own way.
The practices are simple but direct. They support you to release tension, stay more present with yourself, and develop a deeper, more grounded relationship with your body that you can carry into daily life.
No experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Yoga mat & towel
Comfortable clothes (barefoot or socks)
Water and a light snack
Journal and pen
